About the Artist

After October 7th 2023, I found myself creating art as a way to reconnect — to my identity, my Judaism, and the deep roots of my heritage. It felt like my people were reliving history: hatred for who we are, for our faith, our identity. I lost friends and family members. In the midst of the pain, the grief, the shock — there was only one way I could escape the unbearable reality: through art. While still in uniform, serving my country — between sirens and brief days of rest — I would sit quietly and create. Pieces made of olive wood, resin, silver, and gold.
